  Grumpiest server I've ever had in my life. Just stopped for coffee on a road trip and she ruined the next hour as I stewed about the experience.

  Had a wonderful chat with the ladies working there. After a looooong drive, it was very nice and they were extremely friendly. Great stop

  We stopped over for gas and lunch at Perth Andover, NB. This Tim Hortons is in need of process improvement. The cashier came on shift should ask to help the next customer in line rather than allowing some older ladies came in from behind and budded the line. The gentlemen ahead of me got budded and then they made his lunch wrong. There's a lack of cuatomer service at this location.

  Plants were more active in the kitchen than the staff. Took forever to get a basic order right. Cashier could barely count to two without getting confused. Donut rack completely empty.
